For anyone choosing to be an owner builder, we offer a full project management service to help you with your build.  As part of this service we will

• Manage the overall timeline to ensure your build is keeping to schedule
• Obtain quotes from suppliers and contractors
• Recommend preferred suppliers and contractors therefore you will benefit from previous experience with supplier and reduced prices
• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors on products and services
• Offer advice on which supplier would most suit your needs
• Manage the individual suppliers to ensure they are reaching all expectations in terms of work quality and timelines
• Site supervision and quality control over the process
• Regular updates and meetings
• Answer any questions you may have and provide alternative suggestions for situations you present
• We will suggest cost effective solutions to assist with keeping the build within your budget
